Introducing XNA Game Studio 3.0
With XNA Game Studio 3.0, Microsoft has once again listened to the community feedback and applied as many changes and requests as possible while in the same time creating a business opportunity for game developers to publish their games on Xbox Live through the Community Club. Hear about the news and how to make money on writing games, with Swedish Game Awards as the starting point. 30 minutes.
Make your game really stand out in the crowd – for project managers and content producers
With the possibility to publish your game on Community Club it’s pretty clear that you are competing with several other developers and game creators on getting both exposure and downloads of your game. There is some best practices and recommendations that you should follow to both be a good Xbox citizen and an appreciated game developer and in this session we will discuss options to help you succeed. 60 minutes.
Make your game run faster and better than before – for developers
Can really a managed framework such as XNA Framework running on top of .NET Framework on the PC and the .NET Compact Framework on the Xbox 360 and Zune, really perform enough for your game? In this presentation which will be very technical we will both discuss and demonstrate technologies and tools to help your game both leverage the underlying architecture and hardware better than before. 60 minutes.
The two latter lectures will be held simultaneously in different rooms.
So: be there! Learn, mingle and have a snack!
